I can not print. Help me?
I have a printer hp photosmart C309 premium. I had it running very well, and suddenly it just does not. I have two computers, both hooked up with HOMESHARE. It can work properly, until I updated one of the printers in Windows 7 Professional. The printer says it is connected to the network, and I have a tight Male to USB connector for hooking the printer to the computer that I updated. I tried uninstalling the printer on both computers, reinstall, reboot, disconnect the printer completely, turn off the printer. I have no idea what to do left. Once, when I tried to add, he said the service queue was not availble, and then I ran the thing Microsoft printer (the one with the guy in blue, holding a key. PLEASE HELP ME! I'm desperate I had the printer a few months ago. Please answer quickly!
OK, what you've been updating the computer which the printer is attached to Windows 7, and therein lies the problem. You must download and install the correct printer drivers Windows 7 on your computer upgrade for your printer.
