how do i use punch needle techniques for embroidering clothes?
i know how to punch needle, but i dont know what to do afterward to keep it from "unraveling" during use or washing. is there a glue or something to spread over the back side that could keep it together? or a different technique other than the basic that is different for embroidering clothes?

i do machine embroidery and belong to many yahoo groups. the people on the groups are a great resource. go to http://groups.yahoo.com/
and do a search for punch needle, you will find many groups for punch needle. join a couple of groups and ask you question there.
