how do i fix my plasma tv screen?

there is a logo from another channel in the right hand corner which stays there every channel i turn to and there is also a interference with alot of spots on the screen which also stays on at every channel i turn to when i turn the tv off for half a hour and switch it on the tv is clear and clean after 15-20 mins the logo and multicoloured spots interfers and stays there does not go.
