Do I weigh too much? How can I lose weight? (Please Help Me!)?
I'm a little over 5' 3" and I weigh exactly 124 lbs...I'm 13...I use cardio machines like four times a week and my parents are total health-nuts and make us eat really healthy (you know: whole wheat, fat-free milk, no junk food or desserts, salad every night w/ low-calorie dressing, etc.). I checked my BMI and it says I'm "AVERAGE", but I see people on here all the time who are my same height and they weigh from 95-110 lbs. Am I overweight? And if so, how can I lose like ten pounds before school starts? Thanks for all your Time, *Tiger-lily Rain*

I wanted to add that I'm size 3/5 in Juniors' pants and size S/M in shirts....
I'm a little over 5'2" and I weigh 132 and I'm almost 15. You weigh less than me AND you're taller. Plus all of my friends always tell me how cute and petite I am. One of them said I look like I'm only 100 pounds! I was like, yeah right! But just because your weight seems like a lot (you're definitely NOT overweight!) doesn't mean that you wear that number on your sleeve. No one would ever guess that I weigh as much as I do. I'm medium boned though, so that's where some of the weight is. Just measure your waist- if you're over like, 32 inches, then you may want to lose a few pounds, but I doubt you are, so don't worry about it! Learn to accept yourself, you'll be much happier!
ALSO: If there's someone taller than you who weighs the same, but looks heavy, that doesn't mean that you look heavier than them! You may have more muscle than fat or be bigger boned, so you don't look as big as them. My mom weighs a lot less than me, but I still look smaller than her! Some people carry their weight differently, and sometimes it's hereditary.
