If I make a friendship bracelet with DMC floss will it come out o.k.?
O.k. so the brand DMC makes this thing called prism floss. I don't have prism floss i just have regular embroidery floss (by DMC). I don't have craft thread. Will the friendship bracelet still turnout the same?
This is my first time, any tips or hints are appreciated 
I use DMC thread for all of my bracelets. For the skinny macrame type I use DMC pearl cotton, but for candy stripe and all other patterns I use their embroidery floss and they turn out great. It's the only type of thread I've ever used. One difference is that craft thread generally does not separate, whereas embroidery thread is designed to separate into 6 strands, so you will just need to be careful while making the bracelet that those strands stay together. Otherwise, they should turn out about the same. I prefer the embroidery floss because it is of higher quality, it's colorfast, and there are more colors to choose from compared to using craft thread.
