My brother has a 13-year age knee pain?
the ped said it will be like 6'4 or something like that. At now he is 5'7. Do you think the knee pain is related to growth or should we shcedule appointment with the orthopedist for him? Did you suffered from this?
If pain is constant, then it must be considered if .... pain is intermittent, it is probably related to the activity .... running, jumping and more. Do not worry about the opinion of Ped ... it alone .... growth slows down or speeds forecast by hormones ... not ... There are many possible causes of knee pain .... torn ligaments to bone erosion and actual course there may be defects marrow or osteoporosis of the femur or tibia.Be clever and observe what causes pain, when pain occurs and if it continues .... give your comments the orthopedic surgeon .... In most cases I find that a simple analgesic is sufficient, without seeing the patient, I can say no more.
