Help application applies to a quilt?
I make a quilt block in a kit, but one of the blocks has bits that I cut to a flower that must then be appliqued on the large canvas, and I have no idea how to do that. I do not want the edge of the paint is flaky. I like to sew, I'm not sure how I am a beginner and just doing quarter-inch seams is difficult, I'm not sure I can finesse tissue forms on the edge like that. Also should I use temporary spray fuses or fuse sheets? Only slightly pre-wash, dry and press the fabric. Dark separately so you can remove the excess dye. I like to use a light weight iron on interfacing to turn, then fix applied on the block. Lay the interfacing with the adhesive (smooth or bumpy, depending on the brand) on the right side of fabric. Place the template on top, pin sewing and less 1 / 4 "around the escutcheon.
